SWTOR : Bioware is the worst in communication part II

Today Bioware implemented update 2.9 called Galactic Stronghold Early Access.

Ya only the subscriber have access to it, the others will wait some weeks and maybe more, but this is not the point of my post.

This update took 5 hours, and for all update, each time there is this : swtor-maint

Yes you see well !! It’s the 1st mmo I play that do that each time.

You can’t access the main website, the forum while the update is in process and the servers are down. Don’t you think it’s unrealistic, completely crazy ?

😮 It’s an impressive lack of community management. Players, when they can’t play the game want to chat about it, but Bioware don’t care.

Worse it means that all account infos, games and main website (they are the same) may be stored on the same servers !!


I could add also that I’m living in the euros zone area and when I pay my subscription in euros, I have bank fees simply because the bank of Bioware is not in the euros zone but in Switzerland ! Couldn’t they take a bank in Luxembourg if they wanted to have fiscal advantages ….

I’m really disappointed lately and I don’t tell you all the bug reports that are filling the customer service area of the forum as it’s often the case lately in all games.

When will all those companies start to listen more their players ? Maybe if players would stop paying to buy cosmetics, ridiculous stuffs, items, gears, etc … but it will always be the same.

But Bioware is really at the peak of the bad management of a franchise that could be really much better.
